The long way home

Rather you ride a

Suzuki,

Harley or

YAMAHA

anything on two wheels; three if you count tikes (I do) rather you are a

writer,

doctor,

school teacher

or even a hardcore outlaw biker,

we all have one thing in common.

I’m sure at one time or another we all take “the long way home” from time to time. Think about it (I did today) you get off work, and all of a sudden you find yourself taking a side road that takes you home but not in the straightest route. As I was cruising down a side country road

to my house adding at least another 15 or 20 miles to my trip home…this is something almost never do while riding in a car…It got me thinking…Surely I’m not the only one doing this…am I?

Just something to think about…As I said before…I DID.

My favorite Super Tramp song is Take the Long Way Home. It reminds me of Riding motorcycles every time I hear it.

I totally agree - one of my favourite pastimes is taking the long way home - even though Im closer to 40 than 30 I feel like a naughty little boy - I have been known to head out for milk and ending up at a shop 150km's away from home - when I get home and make my cuppa, it tasted all that much better! Cheers, Nick.
